The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service and support store management in assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
