The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with high-level service, support store management, and follow company customer service programs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise
- Complete assigned company training relevant to position
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform various in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries
