The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service, support store management, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform various daily operational tasks
