The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and perform various operational tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Provide excellent service to customers on the phone and in-store
- Maintain and secure cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns
- Perform daily operational tasks, including stocking shelves and cleaning
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries
