Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and perform various operational tasks.

Requirements

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs
• Provide excellent service to customers on the phone and in-store
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns
• Perform daily operational tasks, including stocking shelves and cleaning
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries
