The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and maintain company customer service programs.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Provide excellent service to customers on the phone and in-store
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
