Job Description
Provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service, support store management, and perform various daily operational tasks. Assist with customer service, manage cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and address customer complaints. Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
