Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist with various daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Promptly greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate
