The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Provide excellent phone service and quote prices
- Maintain cash drawer and process transactions
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
