Job Description
Supports Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Assumes shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Provides excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, and ensures timely processing of customer orders and returns.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
