- Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes and describe changes required to migrate to the 'to be' capability
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Critically analyze and decompose complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create clear and concise documentation for development and testing teams
