Gilead Community Services is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to join their multi-disciplinary team in a supervised apartment program for women.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field; Master's degree preferred
- One year of clinical experience
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance in good standing
- Reliable use of personal vehicle as needed
- Experience with trauma treatment, and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders preferred
