Commercial Real Estate & Leasing Associate/Counsel position at a sophisticated Northeast law firm, seeking an attorney with at least five years of commercial real estate and leasing experience.
Requirements
- At least five years of commercial real estate and leasing experience
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial leases
- Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development matters
- Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
- Experience representing franchisees or handling franchise/distribution matters is strongly preferred
