Commercial Real Estate & Leasing Associate/Counsel (Attorney)

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate & Leasing Associate/Counsel with at least five years of experience to join its real estate practice.

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial real estate and leasing experience
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial leases
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development matters
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
• Experience representing franchisees or handling franchise/distribution matters is strongly preferred
• Experience at a sophisticated law firm or comparable practice environment preferred
• Candidates must be admitted in the jurisdiction of intended practice
