Associate or Senior Associate, Operations - Global Private Debt

Oaktree is a global investment manager seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for its Global Private Debt strategy. The role involves capital planning, leverage management, and financial modeling to drive fund returns. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in private credit and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an investment operations analyst or other applicable role in private credit
• Dedicated fixed income and direct lending experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including strong financial modeling skills
• Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and able to adapt to variable deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
