Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President to serve as a business process analyst within the Business Transformation team. The role will focus on identifying continuous improvement opportunities across the investment lifecycle, developing and optimizing technology-enabled processes, and driving change management initiatives related to Order Management Systems (OMS) and adjacent investment operations platforms.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience within asset management, alternative investments, with direct exposure to Investment Operations and the Investment Lifecycle business domain
- Strong domain knowledge of front-to-back investment processes across alternative asset classes (credit experience a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), including workflow design, configuration concepts, integrations, and control frameworks
