Job Description
Oaktree is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join the Investment and Trading Technology (ITT) group. This is an exceptional opportunity to help build the future state business architecture to support and expand the firm's capabilities.
Requirements
- Lead the product management function for firmwide Order Management System (OMS) across Front and Middle Office functions
- Establish strong working relationships with business and technology teams
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Trading systems and associated workflows
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across trading workflows
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather business requirements
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies
