Job Description
As a Senior Business Consultant at Objective, you will provide deep business consulting expertise on assigned projects, working with customers to deliver business outcomes and minimize technical debt. You will lead workshops, analyze customer business processes, and design and configure solutions using the Objective product suite.
Requirements
- Senior level consulting skills and experience in IT management consulting
- High degree of knowledge in Microsoft Office (Access, Advanced MS Word, Outlook)
- Experience in UML (or similar process modelling) and data modelling
- Able to deliver end-user and application administration training
- Significant participation in functional, integration, or UAT testing
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts
- Basic SQL experience and understanding of XML and SaaS (Azure/AWS) architecture
- Scripting Experience
- Workflow and Records Management Experience
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
