Software Development Engineer III - Backend

The company is looking for a Software Development Engineer III - Backend to build the backend that powers AI agents, transforming customer service for global enterprises.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in building large-scale products
• Strong expertise in at least one high level programming language (like Python, Java, Golang)
• Good knowledge in at least one of the SQL or no-SQL databases (like Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• In depth knowledge on some of the asynchronous communication tools (like Kafka, SQS temporal. etc.), good understanding of popular caching tools(like Ehcache, Memcache, Redis)
• Customer first thought process, ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment, Openness to learning new technologies, Ability to think and talk from first principles
