Partner Success Managers support operational issues for retail Partners and drive performance improvement with strong ownership and partnership. The role involves working across teams to support all areas of the Ocado Smart Platform, with occasional travel to retail sites and CFC sites outside of Seoul.
Requirements
- Native speaker level of Korean language fluency in both written and verbal communications
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience in ecommerce logistic operations in the fields of warehouse operations and/or last mile operations
- Experience in supporting clients, ideally within a technology solutions or operational environment
- Experience of working cross-functionally both internally and externally to drive partnerships or projects
- Stakeholder, relationship building and networking skills
- Full current driving licence
