Partner Success Managers (PSM) support operational issues and drive performance improvement for retail Partners with strong ownership and partnership. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with occasional travel to retail sites and CFC sites.

Requirements

• Native speaker level of Korean language fluency in both written and verbal communications
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Experience in ecommerce logistic operations in the fields of warehouse operations and/or last mile operations
• Experience in supporting clients, ideally within a technology solutions or operational environment
• Experience of working cross-functionally both internally and externally to drive partnerships or projects
• Stakeholder, relationship building and networking skills
• Full current driving licence
