Partner Success Managers support operational issues for retail Partners and drive performance improvement with strong ownership and partnership. This hands-on role requires great organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to travel occasionally to retail sites and CFC sites outside of Seoul.
Requirements
- Native speaker level of Korean language fluency in both written and verbal communications
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience in ecommerce logistic operations in the fields of warehouse operations and/or last mile operations
- Experience in supporting clients, ideally within a technology solutions or operational environment
- Experience of working cross-functionally both internally and externally to drive partnerships or projects
- Stakeholder, relationship building and networking skills
- Comfortable communicating with large groups of people
- Self-motivated with an ability to deliver to deadlines and multi-task under pressure
- Highly organised and resilient with an eye for detail
- Ability to think strategically beyond the needs of the organisation today
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Able to handle difficult situations, facing challenges with positivity, confidence and pragmatism
