Maintenance Manager

Ocean Spray is hiring a Maintenance Manager to manage plant maintenance, direct maintenance and support staff, and assist with budget planning and FSQA initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, facility management or closely related field
• 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Systems
• Knowledge of fiscal budgeting principles and practices
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to lead and manage projects
• Familiarity with food processing and packaging equipment
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
• Strong Organizational skills
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Supervisory/Management skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills
• Troubleshooting and ability to roll up sleeves and figure out problems while offering solutions
