Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform various repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in repair, maintenance and replacement in various areas
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to building and construction
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Entry level computer skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis
