We are seeking a Manager - Enterprise Change Management to support enterprise strategic and operational initiatives by leading the people side of change to drive adoption, readiness, sustainment, and leader effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, human resources, psychology, communications, or related field
- 7 years proven success leading or supporting large-scale transformational change efforts impacting workforce, culture, and organizational capability
- Certification in change management methodologies: PROSCI Change Management, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP)
- Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
