Job Description
The RN Clinical Heart Transplant Coordinator oversees pre-transplant, post-transplant, and/or inpatient transplant clinical practice, acts as a patient advocate and educator, and promotes optimum patient independence, self-care, and rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
- Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) through the American Board of Transplant Certification (ABTC) (preferred)
- 3 years of related experience with associate degree OR 2 years related experience with a bachelor's degree
