The Legal Administrator provides paralegal and administrative support to the OCLC Legal Department, responsible for organization and control of contracts and legal documents, statutory filings, and contract management. The role is key to supporting OCLC's global transactional practice and provides administrative support to the legal team.
Requirements
- Minimum three years in position responsible for workflow management within a corporate legal department
- Five or more years as the legal assistant in a corporate or law firm environment
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional communication skills
