The Fulfilment Manager is responsible for group-wide management and optimization of production planning, procurement planning, and production methodology. The role safeguards on-time delivery to customers and structurally optimizes working capital, production cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and overall supply chain stability.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in production planning, supply chain management, or operations leadership
- Strong understanding of working capital dynamics (inventory, WIP, cash flow impact)
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
- Decisive and analytically strong, able to balance customer needs with operational reality
- Comfortable operating in a matrix organization without direct hierarchical control
- Strong communicator who connects operations, finance, and commercial teams
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
