We are a globally expanding software technology company seeking a Senior Customer Care Engineer to provide best-in-class support to customers, develop relationships with customers, and communicate requests to relevant departments.
Requirements
- University degree in a related field (Preferably Computer Programs, Mathematics, Electrical, and Electronics or Computer Engineering)
- Min. 5 years of working experience
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required
- Basic database and SQL knowledge
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable
