Job Description

Requirements
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- 3 years of experience as technical support or similar
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or others
- Technical support and troubleshooting on Mobile Apps (Android, IOS)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Windows /Mac OS
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
