ODK Media, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles highly preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a customer-first mindset
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software/tool, such as FreshCaller and/or FreshDesk
