Requirements

• Leading, motivating and managing a diverse team of kitchen and front-of-house employees
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork, accountability, and professional development
• Supervises day-to-day operations and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
