Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our teams and uphold the exceptional standards of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant business and operations, aiming for the highest service level and ensuring the highest quality of food & drinks preparation and presentation while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Structure, train, develop, manage and lead the team
- Monitor and maintain brand awareness and guest satisfaction
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, food costing, and maintaining par levels of supplies
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability
- Preparing and execute budgeting and short & long-term goals
