• Proven experience in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant group
• Positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
• In-depth knowledge to manage, structure and develop a restaurant company >10 million revenue
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
