Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation account management.
- Proven ability to grow customer accounts and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage across multiple levels of a client’s organization.
- Analytical mindset; skilled in identifying trends, diagnosing challenges, and proposing solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
