Job Description
OEM Logistics, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager with a passion for manufacturing and aerospace to join their team. The Operations Manager will oversee and lead a team of supplier specialists, establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, and ensure the team meets OEM's communication, delivery, and performance standards.
Requirements
- US citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of manufacturing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, and Shop Floor Management
- Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing principles, Risk Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, PDCA
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong independent decision-making skills, excellent analytical skills, and professional judgment
