Aerospace and Defense Operations Manager

OEM Logistics, LLC is a company founded in 2023 by two industry veterans with a proven track record of success in identifying outside-the-box niche solutions for the aerospace & defense industry. They deliver proactive supplier management solutions for major Primes and Tier-1's across the aerospace, defense, and shipbuilding sectors. The company is headquartered in Arizona and is experiencing rapid growth.

Requirements

• US citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or work experience in lieu of education)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of manufacturing experience
• Current, valid driver's license
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing principles, Risk Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, PDCA
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong independent decision-making skills, excellent analytical skills, and professional judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
