OffDeal is building the world's first AI-native investment bank. The Business Operations, GTM role owns execution across OffDeal's core GTM channels and is responsible for making sure GTM work actually gets done.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in investment banking, management consulting (MBB), or high-growth startup operations
• Highly structured operations and ability to turn complex initiatives into executable plans
• Proven end-to-end owner with ability to take ambiguous, undefined problems and drive them to completion
• Relentless follow-through and low ego with high ownership
• Systems thinker who executes and can build a deck and coordinate event logistics
