As a leader, you will develop a strong understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. You will also ensure the effective operation of your store to deliver outstanding results, maximize sales and profit earnings, and maintain expense levels according to budget.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior retail management role with a large successful team
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexible availability across our span of hours
- Strong understanding of retail operations
- Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
