Job Description
Join Ofload as Senior Director, FinTech and build, monetise, and scale our FinTech portfolio into a material, high-margin profit engine. This is a mini-CEO role for FinTech inside a freight marketplace, requiring commercial sharpness, ambiguity tolerance, and success measurement by outcomes delivered.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience across FinTech, financial services, payments, embedded finance, or product-led SaaS
- Proven track record owning and scaling revenue-generating products with P&L accountability
- Strong commercial and financial acumen across pricing, margins, forecasting, and business cases
- Experience establishing and scaling regulated products and partnerships
- Demonstrated success launching and monetising B2B or platform-based FinTech products
- Ability to operate hands-on while setting strategy in high-growth, ambiguous environments
