Job Description
We're looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for our Technology and Risk functions. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who thrives on influencing strategic decisions, driving performance, and shaping investments that enable growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- CA/CPA/CFA (or equivalent) preferred
- 5–7+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Decision Support roles
- Proven experience in capitalising technology/software development, tracking costs, and measuring financial and operational ROI
- Strong in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, investment appraisal, and scenario analysis
- Exceptional ability to convey complex financial information in a clear, actionable manner for both technical and non-financial stakeholders
