We are looking for a People Advisor to join our brilliant People Team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. As a People Advisor, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing crucial HR advice and support across our organisation. You'll play a critical role in developing and retaining top talent, ensuring our employees have the resources and support they need to excel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation, including labour laws and equal employment opportunity regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
