Ogilvy UK is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced People Advisor to join our brilliant People Team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. The role involves providing crucial HR advice and support across the organisation, developing and retaining top talent, and contributing significantly to ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions
