Job Description
We are seeking a Senior CRM Specialist (Braze) to join our Data team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for technically managing communication plans and marketing campaigns for our clients across different channels and tools. They will primarily use CRM tools in Ogilvy Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Braze and a strong background in marketing and statistics.
Requirements
- University degree in marketing or statistics
- At least 2 years of experience in Braze: Canvas, Data platform, Liquid, SDK
- Experience in other tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in CDPs: Segment, Salesforce Data Cloud,...
- Experience in API connections
- Experience in data visualization tools: Looker Studio, Power BI,...
- Knowledge in SQL
- Certification in Braze
