- Organised and autonomous individual with ability to motivate team to do great work
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with clients and agency teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Strong skills in paid and organic social media, with experience working across multiple platforms
