Job Description
Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a Human Resources Manager to deliver excellence in our mission to care for Kupuna. The HRM will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to assigned client/business units and employees, and manage the talent acquisition process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five (3-5) years of HR experience with at least one (1) year experience in recruitment or retention
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components
- Knowledge and experience with online networking tools
- Ability to conduct searches on recruitment databases
