Job Description
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking an Information Technology Manager 2 to manage multiple functional areas, including Infrastructure, Database Administration, Business Intelligence, DevOps, and Client Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and project management, with a focus on continuously improving customer support and ITS services.
Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate core coursework in computer science, or completion of undergraduate core coursework in any academic major with a focus on computer programming, data base concepts, computer systems analysis & design, and basic data processing concepts
- 7 1/2 years of experience in performing job duties and possessing knowledge and skills outlined in approved position description
- 2 years of experience in performing project management functions
- Ability to work with other departments and divisions, and with external business users on enterprise project and initiative tracking
- Strong critical thinking, confidentiality, continuous improvement, adaptability, and analytical skills
