Responsible for the preparation of hot foods for patients and retail customers. Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and order of work area and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, understand verbal/written instructions and be able to perform basic math calculations
• Must be able to learn and understand safe and sanitary food handling techniques as well as modified diets
• Preparation of hot food items in large volume
• Proper use of convection ovens, grills, fryers, knives, and mixers
