Job Description
This position provides supervision for a laboratory section(s) of a clinical laboratory, overseeing technical operations, human resources, and customer service.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- 3-5 years experience in a patient care or clinical setting
- Board Certification in MT or MLT
- Laboratory experience, including testing, method validation, customer service, QA, and continuing education
- Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills
