Job Description
This temporary (15 month) position performs patient care by assessing patient physical and functional abilities and establishes and carries out a plan of care to include patient/family instruction, discharge planning, documentation on the medical record, and communication with physicians and other medical staff. The position helps patients achieve maximum level of physical functioning and participates in physical therapy learning / mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- LIC - Licensed in Field - State of Ohio
