Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Molder Lead to join our team at Oil States Industries, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Molder Lead, you will be responsible for preparing and operating molding press to process/produce high-quality products, ensuring production continuity, and troubleshooting equipment and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year related experience
- General experience in a production environment filling a supervisory role
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving/decision-making skills

- Conversion of weights and measures
- Comprehension of written and verbal communication skills
